Jayne Smith
Manager
Jayne has been at the setting for 22 years and became the manager 3 years later.
Jayne works with staff and parents to help children develop to their full potential.
Jayne holds the Level 3 (DDP)
Liz Ponting
Deputy Manager
Liz joined the setting 25 years ago, firstly as a volunteer then stayed and qualified gaining her Level 3 (DDP) and became the Deputy Manager in 2008.
Liz supports Jayne to run the preschool and liaise with parents and staff to ensure the children get the most out of their experience.
Jo Green
SenCo
Jo holds a Level 5 and has been in the setting for 12 years.
She helps other staff members with the input of parents/ carers to develop an educational plan for children that may have additional needs. Jo also liaises with outside-agencies to support these plans.
Teresa
Pre-School Practitioner
Teresa holds a Level 3 and has been with us for 19 years, Teresa has developed our outside play and plans activities to enhance children in their play when outside.
She is currently training towards BSL Level 2 qualification.
Charlotte
Pre-School Practitioner
Charlotte joined our team 3 years ago and holds a Level 3.
Elizabeth
Pre-School Practitioner
Elizabeth holds a Level 5 and previously worked as a primary school teacher.
